What are the Steps?
- Open A New Case. Once you click on this page, it will take you through all of the steps.
- Once your case is open, we have several methods for you to deliver the failed media to us. Please choose what is most convenient for you.
- Deliver the drive to MemoryExpress Edmonton South (10187- 34 Ave, Edmonton, AB T6E 6J8) - We make pickups twice daily here.
- During your checkout process you may specify that a Catalyst Data Recovery Agent pickup your failed media from you (Additional charges may apply, Edmonton AB, and greater area only, included free for Emergencies cases 365x24x7).
- Please make sure that your drive is CLEARLY LABELED with ALL your personal contact information. Labels are provided at MemoryExpress.
- Once labeled, please drop the drive off in the Catalyst Network Solutions safe.
- Pickups are made twice daily
Please let us know if you would like a technician to pickup your drive. Please specify this in the comments section under START A NEW CASE, (Additional charges may apply).
